| MLC Land Company Inc. is a locally owned land development and management company in Edmonton, Alberta. The Principals of the company have been involved in Edmonton area developments since the mid-seventies and have been instrumental in the recent development of neighborhoods like Twin Brooks, McLeod Park, Belmont Pines, Jackson Heights North, Whitemud Oaks, Wedgewood, and numerous others city-wide.
Current developments include Southbrook at Blackmud Creek, Ellerslie Crossing, MacEwan West and MacEwan in Heritage Valley, Citadel At Magrath, Terwillegar South, all in South Edmonton As well as the Tarrington Woods neighbourhood in North East Calgary.
